These terms cover this website. Using LodgeOps itself is governed by the separate service agreement each lodge signs with Malvavisco.

Information, not a contract

We describe LodgeOps as accurately as we can, including what it does not do yet. Features change over time, so the website is general information and not an offer. Your service agreement is what counts.

Screens and sample data

Product screenshots show the real LodgeOps staff app filled with a fictional sample lodge. Names, bookings and amounts in them are invented.

Our work

The Malvavisco and LodgeOps names, the marshmallow character, the 3D front desk and the text and images on this site belong to Malvavisco. Please ask before reusing them.
